New Software: Maid Central
This quarter, we officially transitioned to Maid Central—and we want to sincerely thank you for your patience as we worked through this upgrade.
Your client portal can be accessed here:

Through the portal, you can:
- View upcoming scheduled services
- Leave feedback after your cleanings
- View and pay invoices
- Access past billing history
- Update billing information and preferences
If you have any questions or notice anything that doesn’t look quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!
New Warehouse & Office
We’ve officially moved into a new space—still in the same building, just a new suite!
New Mailing Address:

This upgrade allows us to expand with:
- A dedicated office space
- A larger warehouse to support our growing team
Please note: Office visits are still by appointment only.

Team Spotlight & Growth
Madi – 2 Year Anniversary
We are so excited to celebrate Madi, our Field Manager, on her 2-year anniversary with Cleaning With Care!
Madi has grown into such a strong leader and is an essential part of our team. You may see her:
- Training new team members
- Performing quality control inspections
- Leading new client walk-throughs
She is also the primary point of contact for our team in the field, and a wonderful resource for clients if you ever have feedback or concerns—we truly value the connection she helps build between our team and our clients.
Krista – New Commercial Project Lead
We’re also excited to announce that Krista has been promoted to Commercial Project Lead!
She will be working closely with our team to ensure all commercial properties are not only meeting—but exceeding—our company standards.
Giving Back – Cleaning for a Reason
As we head into Quarter 2, we’re proud to continue our partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit organization that is celebrating its 20-year anniversary this year.
Through this program, we donate 2–6 free cleanings each month to local community members who are undergoing cancer treatment.
This initiative is incredibly meaningful to our team, and we’re honored to be able to give back in this way.
